Marcy is a Bay Area local who comes to the Project Management team at Blue Flame with a professional Stage Management Background. Utilizing her previous event and theatrical knowledge, passion for positive communication and attention to detail, she is able to facilitate meaningful relationships with clients based on communication, trust and rapport. Drawing on her stage management experience, she has collaborated with clients including: American Airlines Theater, Urban Arts Partnership, and Glamour Magazine and has aided in the organization of various Comedy Festivals around the country. She holds a BFA in Stage Management with an emphasis on Conflict Resolution and Group Management from the University of Wisconsin Whitewater.
